what we do
WE LISTEN
We listen to the customer to make sure what they need and what we can offer.
We arrange in advance all the necessary issues related to the delivery of the yacht.
We will ask you to give us (the company and the skipper) written authorization to run the yacht.
If you cannot be present, we will arrange take over of the yacht on your behalf from the launch site. You will receive written confirmation, as well as photographic documentation of the condition of the yacht on the day of the handover.
We will prepare the yacht for sailing. If necessary, we will purchase missing equipment or, for example, arrange engine service.
WE DELIVER
We start as soon as possible, taking into account the yacht and the weather conditions.
We will sail day and night, making only necessary stops and trying to keep them to an absolute minimum.
Every day we will check all the yacht’s systems and take care of them as if it were our yacht. We will use sails whenever possible to cut costs and protect the environment.
You will know where we are and how the delivery is going from our daily reports. Satellite tracking is also an available option.
We will deliver your yacht to the desired destination in short time and in excellent condition.
WE WON’T
What we definitely won’t do
We will never sell your delivery as a commercial sailing or training cruise, or use it in any other commercial way.
We will never voluntarily expose a yacht to preventable risks. We will not leave a safe harbor if the wind speed or rough sea may, in our opinion, damage the yacht. We will not do so even if you directly ask us to do so.
The safety of the crew and the yacht is our priority.
